“To ensure that your customers can continue to plan their travels as carefree as possible, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Lufthansa, SWISS, Air Dolomiti and Eurowings Discover offer a wide range of fares in all classes that can be rebooked at any time – without a change fee. Both the routing (including origin and destination*) and the travel date can be adapted flexibly.
For the most affordable fares (Economy Light and Business Saver), rebooking is only possible for a fee. For bookings made on/after 20 April 2022 (date of ticket issuance), change fees will be increased as follows and, therefore, returning to pre-pandemic levels:
• The attractive Economy Light fare with carry-on baggage only can be rebooked for a fee of EUR 70 (flights within Europe) or EUR 150 (intercontinental flights)**. The travel date and the routing can be changed. A change of origin or destination of the journey is not permitted
• For the rebooking of the Business Saver fare on flights within Europe, a rebooking fee of EUR 70 applies. The travel date and the routing can be changed. A change of origin or destination of the journey is not permitted
