“Travel certificates that were previously set to expire on December 31, 2022, will now be valid for an additional year. Now you can redeem your credit through December 31, 2023 to book travel for any available travel dates.

| • You can combine multiple travel certificates when booking travel |
| • You can use them for travel on partner airlines |
| • They can be applied toward seat selection, like an advance seat assignment on Basic Economy or upgrading to an Economy Plus® seat |
| • You can share them with a friend or family member |
How to redeem travel certificates
When you’re ready to use your credits, simply start a new booking on united.com or the app. When you reach the final checkout page, select “Travel credits” as your payment method, where you can enter your credit (or search for a credit).
