According to the needs of epidemic prevention and control, and based on the original requirements for transit passengers to travel to China, Beijing Capital Airlines will extend the period suspension of the transportation of passengers departing from all African Countries on its flight from Lisbon to Xi’an (JD430 flight) from January 1st2022 until time undetermined.
If the passengers have already purchased a ticket, please contact the original ticketing place for free refund or rescheduling procedures before the flight departure.
1. PROOF MATERIALS
For free refunds and rescheduling, supporting materials are required to prove that the passenger is a transit passenger originating in Africa, and the supporting materials are the itinerary of the passenger’s African flight segment or equivalent documents.
2. RULES FOR REFUND AND CHANGE
(1) The temporarily suspension of the transportation of passengers begins from October 1, 2021 (inclusive) to October 31, 2021 (inclusive). The reservations must be cancelled before the flight departure, and within the validity period of the ticket (valid for 1 year from the date of purchase).
(2) This document will take effect today 7th December 2021. For tickets that meet the above-mentioned scope of application, the tickets that have been refunded or changed before the entry into force of this document will no longer be refunded for the refund/change handling fee and ticket price difference that have been collected.
(3) Ticket refund procedure: if you can do it directly through the GDS, please insert the following waivercode: LISAFROCT21REF . If not, contact the Lisbon office for further details.
At the same time, the previous announcement “ADJUSTMENT | FLIGHT REQUIREMENTS | Passengers taking Beijing Capital Airlines LISBON – XI’AN flight (Direct and Transfer Passengers)” sent on July, 23rd 2021 will continue to be implemented, that is, transit passengers departing from the following countries and regions are not accepted on Beijing Capital Airlines flight JD430 from Lisbon to Xi’an for the time being: South Africa, Brazil, India, Nepal, United Kingdom, Angola, Mozambique, Italy, Spain.
In the future, if there are changes in domestic and foreign epidemic prevention requirements, adjustments and announcements will be made in a timely manner.
