  1. Please, bear in mind this important information.  

 

Provision 1406/2020 (AIRPORT SECURITY POLICE)

In accordance with provision 1460/2020, published in the official bulletin of the Republic of Argentina and the airport security police, starting Monday 04/19/21, it will be mandatory to include the DOC field in all PNRs for all passengers with domestic flights.

 

We request your collaboration by adding the passenger’s information in the DOC field.

**We would like to remind you that it is still mandatory to include the DOC field in international reservations**

 

  1. Also, we have extended our Superflex flights until April 30, 2021.

For all tickets issued until April 30 (included), will be able to change travel dates without having to pay a penalty or fare difference, provided that your new travel dates are during the same season (H/L) as the original ticket and travel is completed on/before December 15, 2021. Only one change is permitted.

 

**Note: For tickets issued from April 16, 2021, from/to regional/international destinations, this policy applies only to postpone the original travel date, that is, when the passenger requests to bring forward the flight date, penalties and fare difference might apply**

All ORIGINS AND DESTINATIONS**

 

Passengers with or without canceled flights who wish to make a change*, with original travel date from March 15 2020:

 

CHANGES IN THE DATE OF TRAVEL

  • No penalty in all cases
  • No difference in fare / miles if the date of travel remains withing the same season (peak vs. low, please check the fare basis)

 

CHANGES IN THE ITINERARY

  • No penalty, paying difference in fare / miles (if any)

 

REFUNDS

  • WITH AR CANCELLED FLIGHT. Allowed in all cases without penalty
  • WITH NO AR CANCELLED FLIGHT. According to fare rules.  

 

* ONLY ONE CHANGE IS ALLOWED.

 

** THIS POLICY DOES NOT APPLY FOR NON-SCHEDULED FLIGHS.

 

**ALL EXCHANGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN THE TICKET VALIDITY PERIOD.

  1. For tickets with original travel date between JAN 01 2020 and OCT 31 2020, the ticket will have a validity period of 23 months from the date of the first coupon.
  2. The validity of additional services bought on our website is 12 months from the date of purchase (not 23 months).
  3. For tickets issued from the April 16,2021, from/to regional/international destinations, this policy may be applied only to postpone the original travel date, that is, when the passenger requests to bring forward the flight date, penalties and fare difference might apply.

 

***UNDER THIS POLICY, The return is due to be completed by December 15 2021

 

Adhoc/Series groups with TICKETS ISSUED

SAME COMMERCIAL POLICY AS INDIVIDUAL PASSENGERS.

(Return date must be on or before December 15 2021)

 

Adhoc groups with deposit only, with original travel date from January 31 to November 30, 2020.

The amount paid may be used to pay the deposit of a new group (for the same price or higher) if the return is on or before December 15 2021.

 

Adhoc/Series groups with No TICKETS ISSUED BUT WITH FULL PAYMENT with original travel date from January 31 to November 30, 2020..

The amount paid may be used for the total payment of a new group, (without paying difference between fares) if the return is on or before on December 15 2021.

 

 

These guidelines will be considered as long as the cancellations are generated with a minimum of 15 days prior to the flight, (for groups with departures from the month of October) **
