“Travel agents must insert passenger contact details and emergency contacts. Ticketing
agents must provide passenger mobile contact numbers in the relevant GDS telephone field
or in the OSI/ SR CTCE item to facilitate the handling of changes. Please note that this does
not relieve the agent of the responsibility to act on any changes to the booking and notify
their customers of the respective changes.
Travel agents must provide customer security information (SSR DOCS/DOCA/DOCO) in
the PNR in the prescribed format as required, and must review and report applicable
government regulations and requirements.
This kind of malpractice will result in an ADM of EUR 20 per segment/passenger, plus
handling fees.”
