- Full refund, for tickets that are totally unused – you can do it directly through the GDS
- Part refund for tickets that have been partly used – please refund through the GDS
- Free change to 3 flights before or 3 flights after on JD flights – if the same class is available, you can do it. If there are no seats available in the same class, please send it to us for changing.
