Permitted Changes
Change fee and fare difference waived for new flights departing between December 18 – 28, 2022 for originally ticketed cabin (any fare class) and cities.
Refund
Travel agents can self-refund if a United flight is canceled or delayed and estimated to arrive at the final destination 2 or more hours after originally scheduled arrival time by adding the waiver code UAIRROPS to the OSI field.
