Please find below the latest notice from Xi’an Customs:
Customs fingertip electronic declaration app has been put into use at Xi’an customs entry. Passengers are required to complete the entry health declaration form in English or Chinese before flight departure (it has been found that many passengers have mistakenly filled out the exit health declaration instead). Landing passengers with health declaration correctly filled will have priority in the disembark.
Passengers must fill in carefully and accurately. If they are filled in incorrectly, it will not be accepted.

海关指尖电子申报小程序现已在海关入境投入使用，请各航司要求旅客在航班起飞前完成入境的健康申报（目前已经发现，很多旅客误填出境健康申报），航班落地后安排已完成健康申报的旅客优先下机。
请各航司强调旅客务必认真准确填写，如果填写错误会导致退回重填，轻则影响其通关效率，严重的将追究法律责任。
